Our Funding Model
Investment in revenue-based royalties and streaming agreements - both common and increasingly used funding sources for North American oil & gas and international mining companies as an accretive and de-levering compliment to traditional debt and equity.
Atlas provides upfront capital for vetted projects, purchasing either a percentage of future revenue or oil & gas production from the projects. Our partners receive non-dilutive financing which can be used for:
